Wheelings and Dealings
There's no official release yet, but on today's Press Pass, its was announced that Carpenter signed a two-year extension with a club option for 2008. No money details yet.
Of course, the guy we're facing tonight also just signed a contract. $38.5 million for four years.
Too bad Chris isn't pitching. It would be fun to watch a Battle Of The New Contracts.
Eldred's illness is sounding more and more serious. Here's to a speedy recovery.
